Terms & Conditions Agreement

Unless a prior written agreement has been established the following Terms & Conditions apply to all Elite Transportation services. By making a booking through the various booking channels Elite Transportation offers (by phone, website, mobile app, text message, third party etc.), you make an offer to book a reservation at the price listed for such reservation. This offer shall become a binding contract formed in Colorado, pursuant to the terms and conditions listed below when the offer is accepted by Elite Transportation. You will receive proof of the confirmed reservation booking via an email conformation, which means the reservation has been confirmed by Elite Transportation. Once the confirmation is sent, the reservation details must be reviewed carefully to ensure that everything is correct. If any details need to be updated it is up to the individual responsible for payment on the reservation to notify Elite Transportation of those updates. All reservations must be paid in full 24-hours prior to the service date and Elite Transportation reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received. All charges incurred are billed to the responsible party’s credit card unless direct bill arrangements have been made according to Elite Transportation’s Direct Bill procedures. Elite Transportation may accept cash or checks for a reservation payment upon approval with an authorized credit card guaranteed and valid identification. Payments made by check may be required to be received in advance to all for the payment to clear prior to service being rendered. Rates, charges and terms are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made 48 hours or less to date of reservation during peak seasons are non-refundable. Airport transfer cancellations made 24-hours or less to date of reservation are non-refundable. Reservations made for PROM are non-refundable.

Cancellation notices may vary due to local conditions (i.e. weather), event, vehicle type and market area. Special events and peak time period may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the events. Time changes made with less than the required cancellation notice may be subject to additional charges. For example, a trip is booked from 6am to 8am and at 5:30am a call come in to move the time from 8:00am to 10:00am. This reservation will be subject to the original reservation fees billed for the 6:00am-8:00am time block plus the new reservation of 8:00am to 10:00am.

Special Events & Peak Demand

Special Events, Prom and Peak Time periods are subject to dynamic pricing and higher hourly minimums.

No Shows

A fee equal to the entire booking amount is charged for services schedule and the client does not show up at the pick-up location.

Extra Ordinary Cleaning

A fee of $100 or more may be charged to the responsible party’s credit card for any extraordinary cleaning.

Vehicle & Other Damage

The party responsible for the reservation payment will be held responsible financially for any damage to Elite Transportation property that was the result of misconduct of guests in the vehicle.

Vehicles that have glassware as an amenity are subject to a $30 replacement fee for each glass that has been lost, stolen or broken during a trip.

Passenger Conduct

Possession of illegal drugs, or alcohol consumption by anyone under 21 years old is prohibited inside the vehicle. The responsible party is liable for all fines and vehicle damage caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Elite Transportation reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is misconduct during the trip). Elite Transportation takes no liability for articles left behind, stolen or damaged.

Smoking Prohibited

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the vehicle and is subject to a $500 fine per incident and does not include any Extra Ordinary Cleaning fees.

Trip Extensions & Early Dismissal

If a reservation extends past the initial payment and agreed upon timeframe, payment for the extension fee must be paid to Elite Transportation before the trip extension commences. Elite Transportation reserves the right to approve or deny the extension request based on safety, inventory, or other relevant factors.

Reservation that end earlier than scheduled are called "early dismissals" and the unused rental hours are non-refundable. Delays or trip extension caused by unsafe road conditions, road construction, or other acts of God are subject to the trip extension fee.

Chauffeur Gratuity

Gratuity paid to a chauffeur for services rendered is customary, but at the discretion of the client.

No gratuity is charged to a reservation upfront unless requested by the client and 100% of any gratuity Elite Transportation receives for a chauffeur from a client is passed to the intended chauffeur.

Safety Pause

It is at the chauffeur’s discretion to decide if a situation has become unsafe. Elite Transportation follows the safety pause protocol. The team member pauses to check *Surroundings*, *Team Members*, *Equipment*, and *Passenger Safety*.

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity and the use of safety belts is required by law.

Multiple Day Trip Lodging & Per Diem

Reservation that are multiple day trips in which a Elite Transportation staff member must overnight in a location are subject to a $50 per day Per Diem charge and a charge to cover private lodging accommodation for the staff member (if private lodging accommodations are not already provided).
